Payment Methods

We will NEVER ask you for your bank details.

Once you have decided on a payment method, you can conveniently finalise your purchase. We offer numerous payment methods, including regional payment methods. This makes it easy for you to choose the payment method that suits you best. The shipping costs vary depending on the method you choose and may vary depending on the payment method selected. In the case of prepayment, dispatch can only take place after receipt of payment, which can lead to a longer processing time. If you pay by credit card or PayPal, dispatch is usually faster as payment is confirmed immediately.

The prices quoted in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border delivery may further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price; they can be called up via the ‘Shipping costs’ page, are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition.

PayPal

Pay even faster and more securely with your PayPal account.

As a member, you can pay the invoice amount conveniently via PayPal (if you are not yet a PayPal customer, you can set up an account with PayPal free of charge. Membership is free of charge for you as a buyer).

PayPal pay later

Shop with peace of mind. With PayPal you can order today and pay after 30 days. As usual, you benefit from PayPal buyer protection if the goods do not arrive or deviate significantly from the description.

Prepayment

If you do not wish to use online banking or do not wish to deposit your data with us, we offer you the option of paying in advance.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation including an invoice. You will then have all the information you need to make the transfer correctly.

Please ensure that you always state the correct reason for payment so that we can allocate your payment without any problems. The transferred invoice amount should also be exactly correct to avoid delays.

After completing your order, you have 7 days to make the payment. If we do not receive the money in time, your order will be automatically cancelled and the goods released again. Your order will be dispatched as soon as we have received your payment.

Giropay

Pay securely with GiroPay. Your account details stay where they are: with you and your bank or savings bank. Immediate payment to the retailer and therefore the fastest possible dispatch.
Using GiroPay is very easy and completely free of charge.

Klarna

Klarna is a payment method that is based on bank transfers and has reached a significant size in Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands.

With Klarna you can buy goods on account when shopping online.

  1. When purchasing on account, you do not have to pay in advance.
  2. With Klarna’s payment method, on the other hand, you order from an online shop but pay Klarna.
  3. You will receive the goods before payment. If everything is in order, you then transfer the money to Klarna. This means you don’t have to give your account details to each individual shop.
  4. However, the prerequisite for this is that the online shop in question is also a member of the internet service. When placing an order in the online shop, you then enter your date of birth in addition to your address details and activate the declaration of consent for a credit check by Klarna.
  5. You also have the option of paying your invoices in instalments, although Klarna charges a fee for this. If you do not pay the invoice on time, you will be charged a reminder fee.
  6. Please note that Klarna will also check your creditworthiness. Schufa entries may mean that you are unable to pay with Klarna.

Credit card

Pay easily and conveniently by credit card. The payment is recorded immediately using the PIN/TAN procedure so that your order can be processed promptly. This means that there are no unnecessary waiting times.

If you cancel the payment process, your order will be automatically cancelled! In such a case, please do not simply transfer the invoice amount, as your order no longer exists. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

Sepa – direct debit authorization

Please note that you must issue a so-called SEPA mandate with every order so that the direct debit can be carried out successfully. If you do not confirm this mandate (and the corresponding mandate reference number), this payment method will not be available to you. With your purchase in our shop, the invoice amount of the order placed is due immediately by clicking on ‘Order with obligation to pay’ (billing takes place via PayPal).

Purchase on account via RatePay

If you choose the Ratepay payment method purchase on account, you will receive an invoice or a separate request for payment. Your payment is due without deduction within the period stated on the invoice or payment request.

Ideal

iDEAL is an online payment system from the Netherlands. The method allows customers to pay by direct transfer from their bank account. It is based on online banking and works like giropay, paydirekt and Sofortüberweisung .

Przelewy24 (P24)

Founded in 2004, Przelewy24 is a Poland-based real-time online money transfer payment method often referred to as P24.

Bank transfers are the most popular payment method in Poland, where card penetration is only 18% (PPRO Almanac) and P24 is one of the most popular payment methods in Poland, covering all major consumer banks.

Consumers select their bank and log in to their online banking to finalise the payment.

eps transfer

The eps transfer is an Austrian online payment procedure in which the customer is forwarded to their online banking via a centralised bank selection list. Customers of German banks that support the giropay system can also use eps.
