Orders that we receive on working days are dispatched on the same day or the following working day at the latest.

.But we also occasionally have to make small concessions in the speed of our shipping. Especially when the weather throws a spanner in the works. Rain and sunshine – our colloidal silver can withstand these elements during transport! Thanks to our careful packaging, the product stays both dry and protected from direct sunlight. However – when frost knocks on the door, we have to be particularly careful, because freezing temperatures could damage our high-quality colloidal silver.

Free shipping: For orders over a value of just 100€ (after deducting any discount or voucher) we ship within Germany.

Shipping with DPD: Flat rate shipping per delivery 4.95 EUR. You will usually receive your goods within 2 working days.

Shipping with DHL: Flat rate shipping per delivery 6.95 EUR. You will usually receive your goods within 2 working days. (Packstation or desired date, sometimes for an additional charge.

The following service can be booked with DHL in some regions, additional costs may apply:

Desired location

Simply agree on a drop-off location on your property (e.g. garage or other weather-protected, hidden location).

 

Desired neighbor

Specify a person in your neighborhood with whom we can leave your packages in your absence.

 

Desired day

Determine your time and decide for yourself on which day your package should be delivered.

Dear customers from Switzerland,

We are often asked whether we also deliver to Switzerland. Unfortunately, direct delivery to Switzerland is not possible for us, as the effort required for customs would be far too great and the shipping costs would be far too expensive. Both would no longer be worth it.

However, it has been the case several times that we have delivered to a packing station in Germany or Austria that was on the border with Switzerland. In this case, only the respective shipping costs for Germany or Austria apply.
